SIRA - Sports Innovation Readiness Assessment

The foundational diagnostic. Evaluates innovation capability across all ten dimensions of The 10 Rules. Delivers an overall readiness score (0–100) with rule-by-rule breakdown, gap analysis, prioritized action roadmap, and peer benchmarks.

ISA-GVIP  Goals, Values & Internal Perspective

3-4 weeks

Measures how well internal departments live and implement the organization's stated goals and values. Produces an "Internal Capability Map", feedback synthesis, GVIP Heatmap, and top 3 internal innovation priorities.

ISA-FM  Fans & Members
